Please check the size guide in the second picture. Guide shows the actual measurements of the shirts. We recommend comparing measurements to a shirt that you already own to best gauge the fit/size. Chest width is measured from armpit to armpit across the shirt. Back Length is measured from the top of the collar to the bottom of the shirt. Size 3XL = UK 16/18 (Chest = 64cm, Back = 75cm). Size 4XL = UK 18/20 (Chest = 68cm, Back = 77cm).
