Please check the size guide in the second picture. Guide shows the actual measurements (in cm) of the shirts. We recommend comparing these measurements to a shirt that you already own to best gauge the fit/size. Chest width is measured from armpit to armpit across the shirt. Back Length is measured from the top of the collar to the bottom of the shirt. Size 3XL ~ 46/48" (Chest = 64cm, Back = 83cm) Size 4XL ~48/50" (Chest = 67cm, Back = 85cm).
